what makes this a laugh is that if it were true then they would have been caught progressively down the coast . so how many have been caught of the central and south coasts of NSW or the victorian coast .
the scary thing is this is the second article I have read stating that coral trout have been caught in tassie and how many people will believe this so it will be quoted again and then it is from three separate sources so it must be gospel
This is how these people work and it disgusts me

Outside of climate religion we have the SOI a relatively new discovery in climate science but has been a part of global energy flow for millions of years. The drought..soi explains much of it as natural variation, wet years same thing.we need another 200 years of solid trusted data first before pulling henny penny out of the closet for another walk outside.

It's entirely illogical to believe a current that pushes down today just because we notice it is anything out of entirely typical and natural energy flow as seen by the earth thousands of times already as it goes about just doing it's thing.

Freezing northern hemisphere weather...natural variation...just like the global warming believers where forced to publicly state to save face...because cold didn't look good for the crusade. Drought here in Oz same deal.

Still anything can be made out to be anything if enough believe.

    We humans are astoundingly arrogant.

the obvious question I would have to ask on this issue is: If the water is getting warm enough for these species to migrate south, then why isn't it too warm for the whales on their migraiton north??

    So, Climate change eh..

So if fish are moving south that would indicate that the waters up north are too hot right?

so surely that means that the fish are no longer up north.

Does this mean the GBRMP will move south as well.
Is that why the greens want to close off 30% of the Australian waters on top of what closures are already there plus the 30% to be mirrored by the state govts.

The greens are looking at a minimum 30%.....
Basing their claims on 'international science' wanting a minimum of 20% and up to 50%!!??
Anyone who claims to be an avid angler and is advocating a vote to the greens.......do you honestly think that if they thought they could get away with it, they wouldn't cut to 50% straight up?
Do you think they will be happy with a minimum 30% in years to come?
what will be left for 'future generations' and our 'grandchildren'?
I'm sorry, if you claim to be green and a rec angler, you're horribly misguided or.......
