hi all i have just picked up a stella 6000 to use for plastics .so there will be a fair amount of casting.now does the fins braid twist a lot ?or is there any better for casting?

Best value for money for a jigging braid that would look good on a Stella is Exocet braid that Wellsys sell. It was discontinued but I picked up the last of their 80lb a while ago but they might have 50lb or 30lb or other breaking strains. If you can afford it the proper PE braid like Jigman and stuff is the go. On my plastics reels I am using a couple of different types of Platypus on a couple, both the multi coloured jigging braid and bionic braid etc., a Jap Tuna Terror or something on a couple of reels and just put some Rovex/Varivas or whatever it is on another. Fishing World Maroochydore was just doing it on a sale where it was 2x300m spools for $80 or something which I thought was ok buying.
Twist isn't caused by the line, so Finns won't twist any more than another line.
I'd go with Tufline XP from experience. Excellent strong long lasting braid. Get it cheap off Ebay.
I was tossing up between power pro , tuffline xp and saltiga boat, i went with a 300m spool of saltiga boat from ebay,.. good value. Seems like nice stuff so far, silky smooth.

I also use Finns on my spinning and overhead reels. Never had an issue with it. If purchasing off eBay be careful of the vendor in Vietnam (he is also located in Japan, you will see the vendor I'm talking about feedback scores are exactly the same as is the product description, just in two different locations). I purchased some off them and found it was fake (no yellow dust coming off when winding onto reel). There is a great vendor on the Gold Coast that sells Finns and Tufline. I haven't used Tufline, people that have really like it though. Regards Adam

the next was the daiwa boat but was $109.is it that much better
The Daiwa saltiga braid is nice but in my opinion not worth the premium (I've had it on a few reels).
It's not going to be any stronger or noticably thinner for a given breaking strain or last longer. It is silky-smooth to handle and looks good. That's about the only benefit I've found over Tufline XP. As a fishing line, ie for pulling in fish, it's not worth the extra.
One other reason I go for the cheaper braid (Tufline XP) is that when using an expensive line I'm less inclined to discard it when it starts getting worn out. That's going to end up costing fish, especially if you're using heavy drags.
Better to use a cheaper braid that you don't mind replacing when it starts looking rough.
