I know what you saying but the fact of the matter is the guys acted like thugs cause they are thugs.
Tony bourke and co are in the middle of crippleing the aquarium trade also with the same sort of science and message "were saving the native fish blah blah blah future generations blah blah" because they are going to introduce mandatory testing for some indovirus, that seems to have possibly started in australia anyway, which will basically mean that anyone who imports some aquarium fish will have to submit 5 of each species for tested at $250 a go.
I know of one lady who will have to close her shop (there will be 10 times that no that i dont know personally) and many importers whos buisnesses wont be viable anymore.
None of these people are going around using violence they are campaining hard during the month they have given for consultation.

bloody hell..hard to get thru some skulls at times...I was headlining Brown's policies..surely not too hard to follow. I really think its time the Greens keep well away from fishing.
To anyone who spends alot of time on the water its painfully obvious the greens have NO IDEA whatsoever and I think the Queensland voters really showed they have had enough.(along with the mining issue).
The Greens claim of sustainable management in fishing is being pursued in totally the wrong areas.
They are picking patches of ground out at sea and turning them into marine parks....Why.?...These are areas that are fish rich..!!!....
Bob Brown claims that Marlin,Snapper and Tuna are nearly extinct...??
This is absolute bull$hit and anyone who does plenty of fishing will agree.
Jeffo from this site tagged and RELEASED well over 100 marlin BY HIMSELF this year......Does this sound like they are extinct.
The Greens so called science is just utter rubbish.
The Greens should be targeting other areas of fishing like....
1. The netting of our rivers..!!....which should be stopped as these are fish nurseries.
2. The netting of Beaches.
3. The thought of fishing licences Australia wide (Like in NSW) to buy out netters.
This had a massive impact in NSW and the fishing improoved dramatically in places within 1 year.
NOW these three things would make a difference.
It really is time the 'Greens' stopped the crap..!!!.....admit they have not one bit of science relating to fishing.
Just continue on with their policies about loving one another.
