Finally the waether gods have smiled. Tommorrow forecast is flat calm and heading for the reef at 3.30am....or maybe even after work tonight and straight to the reddy grounds.

Hope you arent going through bar conditions on gold coast tonite or in morning.There is a 2-3 meter swell forecast and at this time 4.50pm the wave rider bouy at Point lookout is on a sharp curve at 3 meters.I dont think this will slip back to under 2 metres by daylight.

Love a fish outside on goldie but im having a few bundies and sleeping in.

The Swell is way out wide apparently off the coast so bar is looking a ok for the morning.
Will be out there with bells on.

Yeah the conditions should be nice tomorrow however watch the bar crossings with large tidal flows combined with quite large swell. Most people go through around 1st light, which IMO is too close to the bottom of the tide tomorrow, outgoing till 6.30am low. (Brisbane) Sunday is slightly less swell with a lot more wind.

I don't think its a perfect forecast for offshore ......

Swell outside last night out wide was 3 +m, blew 15knots from the south till 11pm, then a gale out of the north, lots of rock and roll

The Bar had some big swells coming through at dark but was ok around high tide
