    Bowen boat ramps

    Can anyone assist with info re launching at Bowen.
    Been told Grays Bay is the place but without 4wd can we launch 7m platey.
    Also whats Molongle Creek like can we get out it draws 500mm

    best place would be at the main boat ramp at the marina or town beach

    Launched at Greys before- Best to launch your big boat at the harbour as the northerly can make retrieval impossible. You would lso need about 1.2 metres to get that out. Molongle is also a bit dodgy and much the same
