    Broome billfish

Anyone done billfish - predominantly sailfish in Broome.

Leanne has been bugging me for years to go to Broome and I'm thinking of heading over there for a few days and booking a charter to get into the sailfish while we're there.

The season is June to Oct/Nov and after reading a couple of websites it hasn't been that good lately which means it will fire up later in the season.

I checked these guys out and they look good www.broomebillfish.com

Anyone got any other recommendations for either charters or acommodation.

    Muzz,

Tassie, then Fraser, then Melbourne... now thinking Broome might be nice.

See the swell coming up this week - I think offshore is out. Shame as I'd planned to target the inshore reefs for snapper.

You can have all the Jackets to yourself mate

Planning a trip to broome next year around that time. From what iv heard your a pretty good chance to hook up to sails by yourself in a hire tralier boat. Provided you get some sound local advice of course.

If your interested in broome sails i suggest you have a look at this dvd. My fav fishing dvd of all time. Has some serious Broome spanish mack action as wel!

Buggy, you find em and let me know all about it. I have a great desire to go to a few spots in WA to check them out. Dampier, exmouth and broome on the top of the list!
