on a trip out of the harbour today a mate of mine set out to flick plastics at snapper,
appon arriving at our first location in about 150ft of water the current was exceptionaly fast and only fishing 3/8ths of a ounce jig heads we found it near impossible to hold bottom so before moving in close 30-70ft mark were we do most of our plastics fishing when he got out a couple of the boulbus jigs he has used them for ages and thinks there the ducks guts so tried them we did 12 snapper 5 peal pearch 2 kingies and 1 jewfish later i was stocked we c and r all our fish but it was one of the best days we have had i a while and was wondering if you can get these jigs online at a good price or overseas or from an importer in bulk packs?

I think it's a flat NZ$ 15 that covers you up to 1.3 kg (from memory), and then after that you pay extra. It's been enough for me for half-a dozen jigs.Quote:
