Somerset Bash 2010 done!!

Well another ripper bash, rain held off.. I think most got at least 1 bass.. some got many.. Even the Yak fisho got 3 in an hour!! with one over 45cms..

Ripper weekend.. shame I had to head home today..

Will def attend next year.. and will look at how I can get to Mondy!!

Great weekend of good food, friends and fishing. A good turn out with some new faces. Great to meet Nellie again and also finally meet Jae and Wendy and of course catch up with Shelly.
Thanks for the ice jig Steve, I got 5 on it this morning.

Big thanks to Captain Devo, had a ball on the fast boat. Although it was a tad chilly at high speed.
It rained yesterday arvo and last night but luckily everything was dry by the time we got back from this mornings session.
Had a top weekend, thanks to all that made it.

Your welcome Kim.. Glad they worked.. Grant was pretty skeptical about them.. until Yakman landed a whopper right in front of us.. then I landed a fish... he had no luck Saturday so was going off them again Saturday night.. then I hooked up again Sunday am.. so he was focused.. then yep.. he landed 2 ripper fish on his..

Grant told me today that he also really enjoyed it and every ones company, so rare these days..

Bring on 2011...
