You can't keep the boat and rid yourself of the misses
just wondering some opinions on selling a boat and the best place????
have decided as of today my missus needs to go and that intails selling everthing so first to go will be the stabi , hopefully she has gone before the boat...(a little accident would be good...maybe i should take her fishing hehehehehehehehehehehe)so many tosers out there that i dont want to deal with so any advice on avioding these types will be gladly taken ...lol

or sell the boat to a good mate for about 1/5 the price so you can buy it back later on.
Then get a good lawer !!

just give her the boat..she will probably end up with money from the sale anyway. Glad I am not in your shoes.

The court system is awake to this caper big time.
If you want to keep the boat get it valued by 3 independent certified valuers and this can come out of final settlement.
If she isn't too bad she might agree on a price without valuations but get her to sign something....but get it in writing as soon as possible before the poo hits the fan.

yes you must get it in writing and don't miss a thing every thing on paper two copies one each both of you sign them and don't miss a thing all in all be cautious.

Pack as much as you can onto the stabi, climb aboard and set sail never to deal with the missus or the rubbish thats involved in break ups.

More honesty and detail , photos , service records, any problems, damage it is advertised with at a proper price the less tyre kicker and morons.
Advertise the wife and see what you get . Those wives depreciate like you wouldn't believe but put a few photos up and .................................................. .yep i'm joking .
Be very careful with anything financed in only one name as you may be stuck with the debt etc. Get good advice
