custom outrigger bases?

anyone built their own outrigger bases, or had them custom built professionally?

I'd like to see what others have done to build custom outrigger bases as this is my next mission before summer

I've got a set of outrigger poles on the way, but for bases I have to get them custom made.

Reelax reef riggers don't fit on my boat and are the wrong diameter tube, and I hate anything resembling the spline base types.

I'm thinking of making a custom set somewhat similar to the reelax mini 600's (like what are on big game boats) but I'm also open to other suggestions if there are other options.

I have seen a couple made on a swing out/down sort of thing, very simple if you had the gear, all it consists of is a simple tube to suit the pole, and a sort of hinge thing mounted on the top of the side deck or cabin side, and you just undo a wingnut sort of thing (made so it cant come right off and fall over board) and the tube just lays don to the required angle (it has a stopper to do this) easy as pie, kind of like the big gameboat ones, but simple and easy for a small boat.
