Seriously tho. Was great weather with low winds and nice sunny days.
Red and I fished A,B,North B, South B, no secret, A, Opposite A, Cattle yards, Trolled Bass Straight at night, got up early today and fished PK and North B again, Not a thing, nothing at all. We did scare around a dozen in North B yesterday, and another 7 or 8 this morning electricing up to PK, but no takers. They are there. Sitting on top of the water sunning themselves and others sitting on the bottom between 6 and 20m sulking. Saw a couple of groups of 4 sitting on the bottom with the SI.
Lures thrown at them: Xraps (suspending, slow sinking and slow rising), gold bomber, storm shads, slickies, some awful looking yellow things on the biggest worm hook I have ever seen, WA bully frogs, Transams, even resorted to a viper and there was probably a few more. Slow rolled em, super slow rolled em, burnt them paused em, trolled em, and jerked em. Dropped to 40lb leader as well. Even tried hanging them over tree branches and teasing them quite a few times and threw into spots that the Galey had trouble getting into.

Am I going back???? Hell yes.
I'll let Red tell you his story for the weekend. Its an interesting tail hey

Yer Shane, I was claiming that before anyone else got to their computers "L" Sorry about the Audi mate, I had one of those and was looking at the olympics until my last trip. Red had a big follow, but I wont spoil his story. I think I had a couple of touches in north B Saturday but that was it. Does calling a catty for a small barra count

Yeh i need a 4 stroke but i did do some miles as well and also done a bit of trolling i had a suzuki 30 2 stroke on a boat a while a go and the head kept leaking so got rid of it but the 30 had some grunt
How did you guys end up are you home i thought you were there for the week

yes snodger we all feel like that its 5 trips in a row for me,had a great start to the year but have fallen in a big hole since then i also used up most of a tank ,goin up to 2 mile 4 times doesnt help either

I think we used around 60 as well for the 3 days. Bugger all oil tho. Those e tech's are great. I was actually glad I got the catty hey. Now I reckon I need to work out where to fish a bit better. Found a few fishy lookin spots and hammered them every day, but Red had the only touch at no secret. Maybe shoulda stayed there longer after that.

They were there fella's. Just a sulky bunch. Gonna get me some revenge next time tho SI snapshot of barra (white streaks) on the bottom in B sulking. Threw everything at em except for one of Reds rods.
