Im trying to decide which samurai reaction rod to match my zillion PE with 30lb braid. Will be used for saltwater barra casting the likes of 5" hollow bellies and classsic barras. I like the feel of the 351 but think it might be a bit light steering fish away from the sticks and im leaning towards the 451 but i have never been a fan of 2 piece rods. Any info from people who used these rods would be aprecciated.

My option would be the Egrell EB6 Barra Rod mate.

I allready have a Egrell B6-6 matched with a black sheap and its a great match. I havnt looked at the Egrell EB6 but will do now. Cant get onto the Egrell web site for some reason.

Them Megabass rods are a nice looking bit of gear. I'll make sure i try the real on one but i think there going to be a bit exy. Looks like there is a place in brisbane that have a few in stock.
