Jacks offer seems too good to be true. I have always thought that concrete agitator bowls would be one of the best components for artificial reefs. A combo of concrete and steel should last a while

I got a reply back about the concrete agitator bowls from the head of operations in the arti reefs. He said that concrete agitator bowls are unsuitable for the reef because they can be washed around in rough weather to end up outside of the designated area for the reef. Fair comment and I respect that, however I am using a 12t drott on Monday to move these things out of the way for the time being. Concrete being set more to one side makes them impossible to roll around.
