A husband and wife put there approx 5m fibrerglass boat in at Calliope River boat ramp (near the power station) got about 50m away from the boat ramp when they realised they were taking alot of water. The husband powered up and done a hard left turn, ( probably to hurry back to the ramp) as he done this all the water in the boat rush to one side and rolled the boat over. They had forgotten to put in the bung plugs, a nearby boat pulled them to safety.
