Re: Mondy Report
Thanks for the replies fellas.
Yes it was encouraging, especially after the 2 donuts prior.
The B52's were upgraded to Owners and split rings upgraded to 75lb test.
The hollowbelly I changed the tail with another hollowbelly type plastic that I found in a tackle shop in Rocky. The name escapes me at the moment and they are from the states. I was just playing God (The power!) and mucking about with hybrids. Plus I dipped it in the dreaded Chatruesse Garlic dip.
Warrior, from my experience at Monduran, I find this time of year is when more of the big girls come out to play and we don't catch as many smaller ones. Everyones thoughts?
Yes those dreaded Southerly winds, its amazing how much it interferes with the water system and its habitats. It was like a huge light switch was turned on and everything came out to play.
Hope you fellas have a good time in a couple of weeks, I am contimplating coming up that way myself, dependant on work.

Hi Richard, just had another read of your report, plenty to think about in there, thanks.
Looking at the man/fish pic if the bank behind is where the fish came from it looks like it would have been fairly deep water, a bit different to what is usually looked for, something in that perhaps??
