If you don't mind me asking, who did you buy from and what was the damage?

Hi mate - $1295 from Trimax. Mate I appreciated your offer and googled your site and read it including under the tab "About us". I dont want to teach you to such eggs but I have been self employed for over 13 years now and one thing that is vitally important to a lot of people is knowing who is behind the name. So I see a po box only on your site for the address, and pic of the work truck at the ramp with nice decals and no names at all I just switch off. Trimax has been there in the one spot at Capalaba for many years and know their stuff including installation and use tips. The bottom line dollar is only part of the equation. I hope that this opinion of mine is taken constructively.

    Cheers

PS. There is no point letting people know if PM's either (if that was what your plan was) who you are and what you are about - it needs to be public. People like the idea that if something goes wrong they can go back to a physical person at an address and discuss it...

Contructive criticism noted. Being too open on a public forum as a business often gets the moderators not so happy. This forum has been very good though. This is why I dont go too open on here.

Sure our business might be new, but the experience of the team is unbeatable as far as our competition goes in the Qld market.

I am sorry you got that opinion of our business and site on your first impression, but I assure you and the rest of the members, we are definately here to stay and make a lasting impression in this industry.
