Just a quick report on how the dam is fishing..Not good at the moment. Water is brown in a lot of areas. I prefished Thus/ Fri and then the Comp on the Weekend In the four days l got one yes one bite.. The Comp was won by Matthew Mott with three fish.
Not good Trev ...... 3 days for 1 bite :sad:
How many fish were caught in total ?

Hi Trev, thats pretty slow going in anyones book.We've friends who spent a couple of weeks camping there the end of last month and they got a couple of yellas and one,thats one bass in the two weeks.They did get about 500 redclaw but,so they didn't starve.They were very impressed with the amount of water in the dam.

ouch, that IS a quiet week end Trev.
It was better for the Basstasstic Southern Zone at Maroon Trev, but not by too much. Surface, fly & suspending minnows were the go. Pete Cooney won with 6/6. I think I'd need a bigger esky if I had a weekend like you guys did!
