The best beacons to work are those in the Northern bay in 15-20 m deep.the beacons at top end of bay are best for bait - yakkas and slimies. Also quite often can find them on the shallow coffee rock reeks at top end of Moreton. Early morning is best as as sun gets up the tend to hug the bottom.

At the risk of seeming to be uncharitable, there is a constant theme in your posts of asking for fishing spots to be simply handed over to you. ie these are recent posts by you and including PMs to me, and who knows who else, seeking to know GPS marks for good fishing spots...

I seemed to have tryed every think to like: floated pillies, metal lures, other baits. soft plastics, berley, oil, pillies with weight so they would sink to the bottom the only thing I didnt try was trolling which i think is quite hard in 10m of water lol

As I pointed out to you in my response in another thread http://www.ausfish.com.au/vforum/sho...=162997&page=3 , there is a certain etiquette that exists on fishing websites that if you ask for GPS marks of good spots to get fish, you will either not get any responses at all or at best, someone will give you a GPS mark for a fish shop.
That is their way of saying that if you want to get fish the easy way, then go and buy them. The pastime of fishing is about the challenge of the hunt for fish, not about the harvesting of them.
If people see that you are having a decent go at finding fish of your own accord, then you will undoubtedly eventually get some PMs offering some spots. That is the way that the etiquette works. Don't ask and ye shall receive.
Also, it is really confusing to know who you are. Are you the son of the bloke who owns the boat as indicated in one post above or the bloke who actually owns the boat and who is playing silly buggers with these posts? It is hard to tell.
I assume that whoever you are, you do have a licence to drive that boat, I hope.
I reiterate that I do not wish to appear uncharitable with this reply but the inconsistencies in your identification and knowledge married to your constant requests for proven fishing spots will irritate many people pretty soon and you will get bombarded with abuse, if you are not careful.
.
May your ratchet scream for mercy!
