amazing trevally arvo

went down at about 3:30 poppering in the canals pulled up a golden trev it the popper hard but thats when the action started there was about 5 seperate bait schools swimming on the top its either they were bait or schools of trevally chasing bait anyways assuming they were sharks to start with lol i decided to throw my popper to see if somthn would go for it and whack a small GT smacked it and from there on they kept getting bigger there was about 7 others and i got snapped off twice (not happy) lol biggest went 51cm best afternoon of my life just seeing them fight over the popper or the rover was amazing one trevally fully leeaped out of the water to smash it but unfortunety let go aha

Nothing better mate.......really gets the blood pumping when a school of fish fight over your popper!

Landing one is a bonus. Sometimes i get bored with the last 5 mins fighting a trev, when i just want to get that lure back out there amongst it!
