Terranora Flatties
g'day all! Having the Terranora creek a block away means that I get to wet a line most days of the week- either before or after work. Usually with a cold one...
But I digress... Last weekend my housemate & I headed up to a local creek mouth off the Terranora on the falling tide.
I tied on a 10lb Sunline leader to my 12lb fireline, rigged a 3" Guzzler on a 1/8 TT head and we're in business!
It took a while to find them but when they came on the bite, they were throwing themselves at us pretty hard!
My new Tierra is a dream machine, we hauled some nice trev's at the mouth of the tweed a few nights the week before and the reel worked smoothly. I'm using a Berkley Tournament Pro IM7 with it and it's a pretty sweet combo- can't wait to tangle with the snaps on it!!
Bring on snapper time!
Go the Maroons!

Re: Terranora Flatties
Ian,
Great to hear your getting amongst a few. When I was very young, fishing Terranora from a row boat was our yearly holiday treat, and one of my earliest fishing memories.
Hope you have as many great times.
Dave
