I have bought 2 1kw transducers off them now highly recommend them.
I got a 620 off them last week, good prices and fast postage

Hi Guys,
I ordered from Blueheronmarine last week. (18th May). They immediately charged my credit card, but have not shipped the product nor responded to any of my emails.
I have given them 24 hours to confirm shipment otherwise I will be taking action with consumer affairs.
Has anyone else has poor service from them?

I'd never use them again, their customer service is terrible, twice I ordered off them, transducers took forever to arrive, so I started pestering them for some updates, NOT ONCE did they EVER get back to me on two different email addresses, they finally arrived 2 months later, but there is a distinct lack of communication with the customer. Some people have had a good run from them but not me!

Quick postscript to my message above: transducer arrived yesterday safe and sound. It is unfortunate I needed to kick and scream to get acion out of Blue Heron but I am happy I got it in the timeframe I did.
hi im having the problem from fishon marine ordered hummingbird parts on 18th of may they never even posted until 26 may only now arrived in australia and im still waiting to make it worse i paid top dollar for fast shipping it will be my last dealing with fishon marine.

I bought a transducer off them last year. Once I ordered, it took them over a week to send it but this was apparently due to bad snowstorms in the area which meant they couldn't access the shop/warehouse. I was a bit worried at the time but would deal with them again. They were by far the best price so I didn't mind the wait too much (I was also still psyching myself up to cut the 95mm hole in the bottom of my boat)!!
