    What sounder to buy..URGENT HELP NEEDED!

    gday guys within this week i am purchasing a sounder of hopefully $500 or under. it will not be used for deep water probably up to 60ft.. i want a decent sounder that shows the bottom well and can show me fish... as i plastic areas like moreton and fraser very heavily( and my transducer died) i need one as quickly as possible for a fishing trip this saturday... please help:cry:

    Mate checkout the Garmin 400c........I've had mine now for around 3 months and have used it a fair bit of late .....it's a good little unit and in your price bracket,it has one of the best bright sunlight viewing screen's i've used.
