What i want to know is why I can consistantly buy fuel in Toowoomba about 12c per litre CHEAPER than I can buy it in Brisbane? Last time I checked there was no fuel refinery in Toowoomba?
Over 20c/litre difference from Warwick to Brisbane on Thursday's and week-ends.
We're on $1.23 all week for the last ages. Even the long week ends do not see an increase.

I believe Townsville is also a cheap place for fuel.
I honestly believe the government do not make a fuss over fuel prices because of the income it gives them.
If the oil giants make a motza as well...so be it.
I still cannot work out why the price of fuel is what it is.
When oil went through the roof (was it around $150/barrel??) the fuel at the pump was about $1.50 or so a litre. TOL, where are you mate. I know you have the figures.
Why is it when oil is at $80odd per barrel that fuel is around the $1.20-$1.50 pending day of week and place.
It is only the brisbane ,gold coast district that pays through the nose, gympie maryborough and those places are always cheaper by 5-10 a litre when i am heading north price stays the same all week they price gouge in brisbane
Well boys ...... the one that always gets me and its exactly the same over here .... why is diesel dearer at the pump than anything else when its the cheapest to produce?
cruds fuel watch worked well we just watch it go up and up and bligh didn't help any for the first time in history we are dearer than the southern states.this time next year hang on 2 bucks a litre it's coming. now we'll all be waiting for that henry tax revue you know the one that krud is chit scared to release but now he's conned the states (except WA)to give up a big chunk of their GSTand i bet it wont be 30 %duded again.but he'll get the votes you all watch they get paid to bloody lie,im sorry all had to have a bitch i can't believe some people that silly shiela from NSW she was just trying to get on the tv more saying what she said him in VIC look how tough i am before an election he whimped out to.
