Raymarine gps problem help needed

Howdy, I am wondering if someone with a bit of experience can help. My raymarine when turned on starts and then you press enter and when it starts to get a fix a strange code comes up.

<SWI11--ENDEXEC>
*CODE = 0x00008105 *
*ADDR = 0xC0051DF4 *
Nothing works after that no matter which buttons I push. Has anyone got any Ideas.

[Bonus]

For those members who may have the same problem, just perform a factory reset and it fixes the problem. Make sure you keep your waypoints as they will be lost during a reset. The unit is a RC435. Cheers
