    Re: 1770- Trout and Reds

yerh mate there certainly is some good fish out deep cos everyone doesnt like winding up fish from the deep cos it hurts their arms or something.

mark was running a 10m long 100lb leader attached with an albright bimini twist sort of a thing, i was surprised even that knot held together tho.

Thanks mick yerh i look forward to seeing the issue...

chris not many other photos was working to hard looking for new ground and fishing was slow mate. definately not any video need the A team back on board for that

HaHa Sean, you have finally experienced an Ugly Stick noodle rod............

Can you see now why my 8 to 22 kg noodle won't break even when high sticking it along with all other manner of abuse........

What baits were you using? any of those slimies and yakkas we collected?

    Cheers

    Mick

mick might have had a few trout fall victim to the slimies but they were a very sad defrosted bait, should have salted em

    Once again top report Sean.
A mate at work used to fish that area for a living and reckons he wouldnt go out on NWers. Too much hard work. Looks like you guys have blown that theory out the window.
