Wondering if anyone knows a Evinrude service agent on northside of Brisbane. Preferably around caboolture/ redcliff area etc?
My new boat has a 2002 175 evinrude fitch and I'd like to get it fully serviced, also plugged in to a computer and checked thoroughly before I use it. Its been checked in the states and all is good, but one can never be to careful.
Mate, I'm in Albany Creek and take my ETEC 50 to Downes Marine at Bowen Hills. I know it's a bit of a bastard drive with the boat in tow but I can assure you it won't need to go back to repair dodgy workmanship. Allan Downes and his family also race boats with Evinrudes so their knowledge of the Evinrude systems must always be up to scratch. After taking my boat their I'm VERY satisfied with the service and they are also friendly and easy to get along with.
Just to fill you in, I see many tackle stores with my work and I sought the advice from many staff and owners as to who they would use when I purchased my Bluefin with an ETEC. Downes Marine came up time & time again.
