A track from Turkey Beach towards 1770 has a locked gate across it. It's the only one I know of. Maybe there's more?

thanks for that , it looks like such a good spot, there has to be a way to get there by 4x4
There is but I don't think I'd personaly like to tow a tinnie in.If you keep going past the Middle Creek turn off on the Eurimbula NP track it will take you on to the Bustard lighthouse access track that starts on the way in to Turkey,Turn right at the end and you will come to a crossing/launch site,on the other side is a locked gate so no joy there but going left in your tinnie will see you in Pancake going right will have you in Middle. You can also come in from the Turkey road but I'm not sure if they've rebuilt the forsetry log bridge over the Worthington as it's been a few years since I've been up that way.
The gate over Middle Creek is locked and only QPWS and the Lighthouse Preservation Society have the keys.
You can travel by boat from Middle Creek to Pancake. You must hit the Crossing at high tide. You will see the crossing on Google earth.
Last time I spoke to folks at Turkey, the council were not going to fix the old timber bridge, but, Worthington Creek is still passable at low tide. Need a 4 x 4 though.
It's a long trip from Middle to Pancake, but, IMO, worth it.
Good luck.
