    Mondy or Brumba

Soooo, say you'd earned a few brownie points lately, and had the chance to flit off for a few days next week after the Easter crowds have setled, where would you go:

    Mondy
    Pros:
    • New water to explore
    • Big barra to catch
    • general all round great place
    Cons:
    • 41/2 hours travel each way plus travel costs
    • Tuff fishin at the moment, mite donut.
    Borumba
    Pros:
    • Starting to get to knw the dam and find some Bass
    • Bass and Toges to catch
    • general all round great place
    • closer to home = cheaper
    Cons:
    • No barra to catch.
    • No Barra to catch
    • No bara to catch
    What a dilema!

Unless you have recently been cured of IBD then Mondy is the only option.

New water - yes, but it looks tempting doesn't it?
Tough bite - no change there! Consider it a challenge and rise to it!
    Magnificent scenery & surrounds.....

If you wait another week, we will see you there...

No worries mate - catch you at the committee meeting in June.

Will let you know if Mondy starts to improve (if you go elsewhere)...

    Cool Re: Mondy or Brumba

    How many days?

Borumba, closer, cheaper camping. Mondy is a day written off either way and the camp fees are now expensive.

I got an email from Wide Bay Water re camping at Lenthalls. Apparanttly they are in the approval stage (whatever that means), but couldn't advise when this will be granted.

    Re: Mondy or Brumba

    so did you decide
Give a man a fish & he will eat for a day !
    Teach him how to fish
& he will sit in a boat - & drink beer all day!
