All I can say is owe the pain, that thing will break your heart or your bank. To make a seaworthy quality CC from that even doing all the work yourself would not see much change out of 80k. You can buy a really good condition 23ft CC in the US at the moment for 50k ( seen a sweet Contender for this price with low hour 4-stroke) spend 15k to import it and 10k on a trailer and be a far better boat. That thing is just going to hurt.

Just spent a bit of time looking at some used boat prices in the US. Enough to make you weep.
