Went out to mud with a mate before work yesterday to teach him the fine art of plasticing, and it wasn’t long before he had a solid squire on board, the next couple of hours produced a nice bag including grassies, and trevs.
My mate was hooked so we decided to shoot over to Peel for a sesh this morning, first cast produced a 40cm squire with 4 more to follow, two express models were hooked but could not be stopped and resulted in a bricking and a couple of curses. Overall a good fun day with plenty of fish around and calm weather. We got to work at nine with another solid bag, and plans to head out again (what have I done!). With the number of squire showing up at the moment it looks like being a cracker of a season.
Nice day out and a good sesh by the sounds. Good to see the snapper playing the game of catch lol. Good to get out on a work day and sneak up on the plastic lovers. The weather has calmed down so it will al stations on. Cheers
