Redclaw newbie
On Sat I am going to try my hand at catching RedClaw. I have read all I can find about catching them and I have bought all the good gear - so I am sure I will catch millions
However if I take a few home which may be too much for one meal, are they ok frozen? Do I clean them, freeze them and when ready thaw, then cook (Like fish)
Or
Do I cook them first then freeze the until I want to eat them?
Can I use a pressure cooker to cook them?
No matter how I cook them how do I know when they are ready to eat?
Won't I look silly now if I catch nothing...

Thanks for that Shayned. I have searched for hours but can't find out if you can freeze what you can't eat right now.
