Ta guys. Marty, Mainline is Famell SW Super pe 10lb. Was using 4lb fireline but this stuff is actually thinner and casts better. Bubble pop 45 is my favourite lure either the beer colour or one with the paint scratched off but any small translucent popper ,fizzer or walk the dog works. Ben

Well done Ben as usual, you are right i don't mind throwing poppers in fact it is getting addictive.

Usually though for the variety of species caught not just whiting.

Whitey, most of my big whiting holes are 5 meters deep and the fish are fat and lazy definitely wouldn't chase a popper. cheers wayne.

I dont suppose you want to let us know where down the coast you got them?
