If I had my way I would put one near Pearl Channel, one east of St Helena and one offshore. That should cater for those who live north and southside as well as those who go offshore.
I tend to agree with Angyant's idea as it cater's for most people but at the end of the day I realy dont mind where they put the as long as they do it .
