    i have caught many smalll queenies over the year but nothing close to this size... has anyone else got any big ones around the area????

    ive caught a few in that spot up to 6kg as stated go for some 70mm poppers, theres some nice trevs getting around there aswell , i hope you get a spot next time you go there though

    yeah i could have went to the trouble of editing the photo's but it's not like a good lanbased jack spot which are allmost impossible to come by and are kept very close to the chest at all times..... The fish would be a fairly isolated catch for the area expecially that size and prolly seasonal too. have been back again and not a touch. anyways I hope we see a few more large specimans around and once again Great fish Dave
