maroochy river wild bass????

hi all,
just wondering if anyone out there knows if the upper maroochy river has a population of wild bass. not after spots x's or anythin like that. just want to know if they're there before i go start flickin lures around like an idiot only to find out the fish arent there.!!

Hiya guys, i havnt fished their for a few years but the north branch holds [ or used to atleast ] some very nice fish, the usual tactics should all work,good luck.

Also worth trying some of the creek / drains that feed into it.

Watch out for rock bars in the upper reaches.
