"New" 1998 Rav4

Hey all,
I have just bought a '98 Rav4 off a friend of mine. She has had it since new and really looked after it so I think I got a really good buy. It's done 135000km and has been fully serviced. She did a couple of trips to Fraser in it but that's the extent of its off road work.

Ok, what things should I be looking for that could go wrong?

Also, what sort of suspension could I be looking at. I'm assuming the original suspension would be a little tired.

They're not that bad that they cannot get around Fraser...and home.

Mate of mine had a 3-door swb RAV4 of similar vintage. We took it to Moreton and at one stage had 7 people in it. It went alright too ... and when it got bogged there were plenty of people to push it out!
