Hooked 2 lost both both around the 90 mark, both caught by walking the bank up the top of a small creek about 8 metres wide. both barra struck from beside a large tree . Spooked a few in the grass.

Ya not wrong Shane.....Plenty to come for both Awoonga and Mondy......The Runoff's IMO is the place to be if U are visiting Mondy.........Looks like the storms that hit Brissy yesterday are heading North.

    Whitto,
We are getting all our rain coming down from the north, lake only up 5.5cm in 24 hours but could start rising faster again with the rain we are having now.
What we need now is some strong wind to keep the oxygen in the water.

Someone once mentioned that a 1% increase equates to around a 1 foot increase in height - ( not sure as the water spreads out over the flats)
hmmmmm - But imagine another 10 ft of water ...... just cant get my head around that - I know the pepper point peninsula will become an island (would be close already) .
Two mile will have a massive flat & there will be some interesting water way up the Kolan
...... I wish I had paid a little more attention to the land topograpy

When we were living up at Monduran we were told by sunwater that because of the shape of the [eg Funnel] that when the lake is 100% that 1 inch of the suface area can be close to 10% capacity and as the water level dropps down the more lake level hieght = less % lost

Chris that bit of land we explored up the back of B should start coming into play very soon if the water keeps rising it was about 33-34 percent when we were there, now sitting at 40 percent
