    Question Qld Dams in March

    G/day

Looking for some advice as I have a leave pass to get out of Claro for the month of March.

Intend making my way north via Glenbawn, Keepit, Split Rock and Pindari which I am familiar with. Once I cross the border first point of call will be Boondooma which I havent frequented since its construction was completed.

Would like to get to Monduran if its flagged that the fish will still be active otherwise probably will point towards Somerset and back via Glenlyon and home via St Clair.

Appreciate any local knowledge and advice on the northern destinations.

Cant comment on the others, but Monduran fish will still be active in March cobber.
Dam Barra are a year round proposition, just need to change technique and location depending on water and temp conditions.
Sing out when you get a bit closer and there should be a recent trip report floating around.
