    Noosa amongst the tourist madness

Noosa is outrageously busy at the moment but I have been managing a few trevors here and there on the surface.
The boat traffic has hit an all time high over the last few days so I have been venturing down the mozzie hang outs and seeing whats on offer.
No many Jacks for me.....but found some toothy critters which I have had some fun with.
They really pull hard on lightish gear....Caught two on Friday and one had an interesting battle scar on him....???....Maybe some bigger ones lurking.

    Happy New All,
    Cheers,
    Pete

That's why there's no Jacks in there Pete, bloody sharks!
That scar could be prop damage?
I'm sure I've seen some of those photos before!

You must have infinite patience to be fishing that river at the moment Pete. The holiday crowds kill my enjoyment. You've earned those fish twice over.

That might not be a GT.
I remember seeing one like that before but I can't remember what it was.
Certainly looks like a GT, but I have a tiny bit of doubt that it could be something else.
This one was from way up river, he's a goldy colour, yours doesn't look like an upstream fish Pete.Attachment 54707

Well spotted. I reckon it might be a blue spot trevally. I have caught a few up Bundy way. Big scutes along the tail.
