Guys, i'm camping over at straddy for a week during christmass and would like some hints on where to pump yabbies and best places to fish. I will be land base
Mate, its a long walk from Amity to a yabbie spot.
South from the van park, over a couple of creeks and the mossies will carry you away.
Best bet is.
Drive back to Dunwich. The park before you get to the One Mile turn off(cemetary) on the right. Low tide, plenty of yabbies and soldier crabs.
Fish off any of the rock walls and if you have a fourby you can do all the beaches.
