New Member, Coombabah Creek

Well I've been lurking here for a while, and at first was somewhat against the idea of paying to get the full extent of the forum, but I've realised that this site will easily be worth it.

I'm just wondering if there's anyone else on here who regularly fishes Coombabah Creek (the part that Iando street ends at, near the Caravan Park) and has any tips they could give me. I'm obviously not asking for secret spots, but I'm pretty knew to fishing and only a teenager, so I don't have a lot of access to local knowledge.

Kaidon,
I used to live in Myola Crt.
It's worth your while going down to the bridge there and walking the bank up towards the lake. Lots of snags and overhangs.
If you have a tinny, the sand bar opposite has shitloads of yabbies.
Worth having a look at the pipes on the bridge on a run in tide too.
