Multiple emails

When I reply to a thread or post a new thread, I have it setup to notify me via email when I get a reply.
Recently I have been getting 3 emails to every reply.
Is there a setting somewhere to reduce these back to one.

Everything seems to be set fine from what I can see with your membership. Maybe go to your profile and check your profile settings, options and subscribed threads options.
