quick and simple if its not already been posted.
marinade the fillets with large chunks of mango and sweetchilli sauce salt and pepper...crumb and fry in olive oil. Just before the fillets are done throw the mango in beside it just to warm it up and remove before it goes too soggy.
Bit of mango and fish on the fork....Magic
Add a few chips and some salad to impress but beautiful on its own.
My mouth still waters and that was 3 days ago, keen to try it with some other fish.
