I have only just downloaded the free version of raymarines ray tech planner programme.
I have got the card reader and transferred the waypoints and routes etc to the PC.
All this shows up quite well and I wish I had done it years ago,
Can anyone tell me , do I load the navionics map on by putting it in the card reader and opening the programme?
I am definitely computer dumb and dont want to take any risks with my navionics card.
At the moment the waypoints show up clearly on the background basic map, and I am not sure if there is a huge amount to gain especially if there is any risk.
