Just wondering if its a good price?

Also, i'm going to lay a $1000 deposit down and pay the remainder out at the end of June 2010 (due to term deposit tie up).

The dealer has said that if I lay the deposit down that they can hold that price (including price increases by mercury & blue fin) and i will pay the remainder out at time of collection.....does this sound legit?
