    Tsunami Super Softies Tested

Had a spare arvo last week so went casting the new plastics from tsunami up a creek , they are very similar to hollow bellys but with a annaseed smell , did a bit of mucking around with different head weights and styles but it really depends on the stage of the tide , water depth , run etc etc so unlike barra dams where you are fishing a constant you have to change set ups a lot. they have an awesome action and while i never landed a jack i certainly contacted a few with tell tale needle teeth shred marks over the rubber. managed a few lizards on the flats and a 50 cm cod up the creek further.
some great sizes and colors available across the range that includes split tails , paddle tails(hollow guts), sand eels and frogs(mmm barra).
    cheers swano

They are cheaper than hollowbellies Pete. Either $9 or $10 for three as compared to $14 for hollowbellies....

Good work swano, I noticed the smell difference out of the packet as well, bound to be a winner.

Look out Swano, B_B has a pack - if they have enough RTV silicon left to rip a mold off there may be a new Tsunamizam Superzam out soon!

    Cheers

Well, at least Tsunami haven't been posting on a bunch of forums making it look like they're created something unique and innovative. I wonder if they're called Hellobellies?

EDIT: This probably came across a bit harsh... No offence intended to the creators of the ######.

Thanks for your report on the new plastics Swano. I might have to grab a packet or two for flicking around the Pioneer when I'm up north again.

    Cheers,
