    30 oztent

About to purchase one of these. The rv 5 with peaked side panels and font panel. Havent heard really anything bad about them except there packed lenght but no prob with me as i will throw it in the boat, But as a last minute does any one know of any negative feedback as they are expensive and dont want any surprises.
    Cheers.

We have had our RV5 now for about 2 years... I love it - but i would recommend you purchase the fly to go with it - very simple to set up - I generally set up the tent whilst my hubbie takes care of the kitchen . It is as easy as they say - and we throw ours in the boat all of the time.... but the fly provides a more robust tent for rain and sun... Happy camping

      Love mine & very practical.
Have been in 45kph wind and it survived, and a couple of heavy rain storms and has never leaked. We don't use a fly

I have an rv 3 with all the delux panels. Just spent over a week in it with the misses and dog. Works very well and is the best tent I've owned and expect to own for a long time. They do get lots of condensation so the fly comes in handy for that too.

Well i picked up the tent the other day. Got it from Nerang camping and disposals, thanks Nathan. The service was good.
I put her up in the back yard and dont know about the 30 sec thing. I spose the main frame does go up in the 30 secs but as i got the whole package, it about 30 mns to get fully erectd and pegged out. Keep in mind it was the first time i have ever done it so i am sure i will speed it up.S
It was a pleasure to put up with everything just fitting like it was ment to. It looks to be made of very high quality which was what i expected for the price tag.
Sidepanels zipped together with ease, all poles the same so know"where the f#$%@" does that go, and not a single swear word said in the process of the erection!!! of the tent
Even gave it a test run sleeping in it with the wife and young ins last night with all going well. Everyone still asleep out there except me!!!!!!!
Looking forward to next wekends camping trip.
          Happy so far.
