    Re: Currumbin Bar

Interested to hear how you go through the bar tim, keen to hit it within the next few weeks to get my first mac but looked at the bar last weekend on low tide and looked way to shallow to pass through from my position, mind you theres prolly a tight line you could draw to get through ?

Yeah there were like 200 boats out this morn, the hardest part would be finding a park at the ramp.

'They' need to cease the operation of the sandpumping jetty at Fingal soon, because all the sand shifting north will cover and kill palmy reef just as it has done to the once thriving Kirra reef.
More and more sand builds up every day and you can bet they wont do anything about it untill palmy reef dissapears too.

Thats typical of bloody developers with no proper EIS undertaken or if one was comissioned and paid for by the company who built the jetty then of course its' going to biased, don't have to be rocket scientist to work that one out.
