Anyone recommend a charter Byron Bay

Heading down to Byron for a week on Wed. Anyone recommend a good charter or guide in the area.

MONO used to rock out of Brunswick Heads, however that has all come to an end.

I am up there the week after next and am going to drive down to evans head to have a go for a big red.

Mate, go down to evans and go with evans head deep sea fishing charters . Been out with them before with Mick skippering the boat and we got some awesome snapper on placcies and bait in close. They put us on to some great fish. Avtar shot was taken on his boat.

How much further is Evans Head from Byron Bay? i.e. is that north or south from Byron?

With the wind and dust fishing days were few and far between. I ended up going out with Cushy's out of Tweed on Friday as Ballina & Beyond were booked out. Kyle worked hard to put us on some fish but it was a pretty quiet day.
