There following you greg, lol ... foxy
Took the oldman, Brother his missus and all the kids (6 kids in total) for a run over to Moreton today. Stopped a few kms north of wello on an isolated spot I found a few months back.. Have pulled well over 10 cod of it now (a lot released) and thought the kids would get a kick out of pulling little squire in the middle of the day which they did. My brother hooks up on a solid fish on the light gear and turns out to be a 43cm Blue Moari Cod and rare catch down south this far and especially in the bay.
Love the colours and was released to fight another day.

hahaha starting to think that foxy lol.. caught a few Reds in the bay now a Blue Moari.....I have been doing it wrong all this time. I should be fishing the bay not 80km in the middle of no where up north. lol
Something new for me. I have never heard of one from inside the Bay. Then again you see some strange things. I pulled 1/2 dozen small Reds to almost 50cm one day from a spot in the Bay. Never seen another.

that's nod a bad cod. you are going have to watch it because i just might follow you. i go from redland bay though. its great taking the missus and kids out.,

Cool mate, got one of those in the tweed river a couple of years ago only small though.

I've never seen one down this neck of the woods. Very colourful and looks like it will have nice white flesh.

Nice catch mate, its a pleasure catching an unusual fish. I got one of those about the same size at Paradise Pt a few years back. I released it cos I didnt know what it was.
I had to look it up in the grants when I got home.

your not alone Greg , I've caught a couple in the bay but you have to be on those spots that dont get fished much.
